Minor wear is okay, but any tears, breakages, or lost items will be deducted from your holding deposit (up to £100).

The deposit varies depending on the item but is clearly stated at checkout.

When do I get my holding deposit back?
Once we inspect the item, we release your deposit the same day.

Can I collect my rental on the same day?
Yes! Same-day pickup is available in Hackney (E2 8SH).

Do you deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, and homes?
Yes! We offer London-wide delivery and collection for £37.

Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely! Just let us know as soon as possible, and we will send you a payment link.

What if I need a pram for a holiday?
We can ship a buggy to you anywhere in the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Just book at least four days before you travel.

How do I return a pram after a holiday?
We will send you a QR code—just drop it off at your nearest Post Office on the last day of your booking.

What is included in the hire?
Every pram or stroller rental includes a clean, fully serviced buggy. Extras like rain covers, footmuffs, and buggy boards are available to add.
